Sebastian Carreras has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Interim Site General Manager and Director of Production at Laboratorio Chile | Teva since May 2016, overseeing over 250 colleagues across multiple manufacturing sites. Previous roles include Associate Director of Manufacturing Science & Technology, where Sebastian led initiatives in process optimization and validation, and Senior Manager with a focus on operational excellence and efficiency improvements. Prior experience also includes leading R&D efforts in generics drug development and analytical research. Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Universidad de Concepción and advanced qualifications in Lean Six Sigma and Therapeutic Equivalence from Universidad de Chile.
