Jeanne Renard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, transformation, and corporate social responsibility across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief People & Mission Officer at Groupe Rocher since September 2022, Jeanne is a member of the executive committee overseeing multiple brands, including Yves Rocher and Petit Bateau. Prior to this role, Jeanne held senior positions at Bel, including Group Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Transformation, where significant programs on social models and global transformation were implemented. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Edenred, Oliver Wyman, BearingPoint, IBM, and British Telecom, with a strong focus on digital transformation, employee engagement, and organizational change. Jeanne holds an engineering degree from Grenoble INP - Ense3.
