Karolina M. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Global People Services at Avon since April 2016, where leadership includes managing the People Services Team for 35 markets across APMA and Europe. Prior roles include HR Lead for Poland and leading a short international assignment as Lead People Partner in the Philippines. Karolina's experience at GE from June 2014 to February 2016 involved acting as HR Project Manager for IT Infrastructure in EMEA, focusing on establishing an IT Shared Services Organization. Earlier positions also include HR Business Partner for IT in Central and Eastern Europe at Avon, CEE HR Partner at IBM during the launch of the IBM GDC in Wroclaw, and a Recruitment Consultant at IPK Personnel Consulting. Karolina holds a master's degree in Social Sciences specializing in Sociology from the University of Gdansk and completed postgraduate human resources studies at ARG in 2005.
