Virginie Bolle serves as the Responsable relations sociales et operations at Ecolab since October 2019, focusing on social relations strategy for companies under the chemical collective agreement in France and overseeing payroll and personnel administration for 1,800 employees. Additionally, Virginie has been the DRH at Laboratoires Anios since May 2003, specializing in recruitment, career management, HR development, and providing counsel and support to operational managers. Virginie Bolle holds a DEA in Droit Social with a specialization in Droit du travail from University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology and a DEA in Droit social from Université Lille II.
