Brenna McNamara is currently an HR Intern at BIC since June 2024 and a Research Assistant with the Appalachian State HR Science Research Team, contributing quality research in psychology and human resources. Additionally, Brenna has held roles as Co-Recruitment/Orientation Coordinator and Co-Engagement Coordinator, focusing on student recruitment, onboarding, and managing the HRS Club's activities and finances. Brenna's experience includes working as a Library Assistant at Belk Library and as a Deli Clerk at LaBonne's Markets. Brenna is pursuing a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and HR Management at Appalachian State University, having completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in HR Management.
