Koushik Mahata is an accomplished music industry professional, currently serving as a member of the American Association of Independent Music (A2IM) since June 2024, where involvement emphasizes the entrepreneurial spirit of independent artists. Koushik manages artist relationships and oversees artist management across various countries, including Africa, Germany, England, and India, at Labelcaster since January 2024. In addition, Koushik has held the role of Digital Partner at Believe since June 2022, focusing on content and artist management, and has been involved with RouteNote since January 2022 in artist and label relations, promoting music distribution. Koushik also contributes to Jamvana as a management team member, overseeing global content and artists, and previously worked with 50/50 Global Muzik Incorporated in artist and label relations until March 2024. Koushik is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Panskura Banamali College, with an expected graduation date of July 2025.
