Megan Bailey currently serves as the EVP, Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Labcorp since July 2022, while also holding the position of Chief of Staff to the CEO and being a member of the Executive Committee. In addition, Megan Bailey is a member of the Novo Advisory Group at Novo Holdings and a board member for the Army West Point Athletic Association, both roles established in 2021 and 2022, respectively. As a UMBF Board Trustee since October 2020, Megan Bailey contributes to the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Prior experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at Personal Genome Diagnostics from 2018 to mid-2022, as well as various leadership positions at Roche and Ventana Medical Systems. Megan Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Public Health in Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
