Jeffery Wagen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Consumer Operations at Labcorp since October 2022, Jeffery has successfully assessed departmental goals to enhance organizational effectiveness and established the Home Collection Kits - Operations Committee to improve operational efficiency and cross-departmental collaboration. Prior to this role, Jeffery spent nearly a decade at Alcon, holding various positions including Senior Manager of Supply Chain, Manager of Planning and Inventory Control, and Manager of Purchasing, where responsibilities included overseeing teams in finished goods planning, procurement, and contract manufacturing across the Surgical Consumable and Custom Pak franchises. Jeffery holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business.
