Honglei (Emily) Cao is a seasoned biostatistician with extensive experience in managing complex statistical tasks across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal Biostatistician at Labcorp since December 2022, responsibilities include leading biostatistics and programming activities, contributing to program design, and preparing statistical analysis plans. Prior roles include Sr. Biostatistician II at Clinipace, where project execution of statistical tasks was planned, and Biostatistician/Manager at Target Health, overseeing statistical analysis plans and team leadership.
