Michael Ragazzo has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael is currently working as the Senior Director Finance at LabConnect, where they lead the LabConnect OpsFinance team and oversees the financial operations. Prior to this, they worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as the Director Opsfinance, where they successfully implemented various initiatives to improve the financial performance of the business unit.

Before joining LabConnect and Thermo Fisher Scientific, Michael held multiple positions at PPD, including Associate Director of Finance, Senior Manager - Phase1 Finance, Manager-Phase1 Finance, Assoc. Manager - Finance, Senior Process Improvement - Finance, Operations Finance Analyst II, and Project Cost Analyst. In their role as a Senior Process Improvement - Finance, they received the PPD CEO Global Award of Excellence for their contribution to the company's software implementation.

Earlier in their career, Michael worked as a Researcher, Consultant, and Teaching Assistant at UNC-Wilmington. Michael also had managerial roles at Trent Rock Development LLC and Carolina Commercial Flooring.

Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated their expertise in finance and implemented various financial initiatives that have positively impacted the organizations they have worked for.

Michael Ragazzo received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Queens University of Charlotte in 2004. Michael then obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2007. Michael went on to complete a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2009. Michael furthered their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2011.
