Fiona Shehu has a strong background in education and technology. Fiona co-founded Labbox Education in 2017 and is currently serving as a Co-Founder. Prior to that, Fiona co-founded jCoders Academy in 2015 and held the role of Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Fiona focused on developing curricula, processes, and technology to improve the quality of education and foster innovation among students. Before working at jCoders Academy, Fiona worked as a Program Consultant at Kosova Education Center from 2015 to 2016. In this role, they were involved in a USAID Basic Education Program that aimed to enhance school management, strengthen learning assessment, and provide educational technology and training for teachers and students.

Fiona Shehu attended the University of Prishtina from 2010 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Engineering. Additionally, they received certifications in Network training and iOS training from the Innovation Centre Kosovo in November 2013 and April 2013, respectively. Fiona also obtained a certification in Career Development and Entrepreneurship skills, but the specific dates for obtaining this certification are not provided.
