Rachael Ann Carlson possesses extensive experience in sales analysis and coordination within the food service industry. Currently serving as a National Account Administrator at Labatt Food Service since July 2016, Rachael generates and analyzes daily reports while facilitating communication between the sales team and vendors for pricing adjustments. Previously, Rachael worked as a Verification Coordinator at Where Food Comes From, Inc., handling the EID tag ordering process and liaising with tag manufacturers. Rachael's background includes managing marketing strategies and customer interactions at Carlson Maine-Anjou, as well as intern roles at the American Hereford Association and the American Maine-Anjou Association, where Rachael contributed to event planning and administrative tasks. Rachael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science from Oklahoma State University, obtained in 2015.
