Kornel Lugosi is a software engineer with a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining various software platforms. Kornel has experience working at multiple companies, including Lab49, Numbrs, platformOS, Indivizo, Pronovix, and The Economist.

At Lab49, Kornel currently holds the position of Software Engineer, starting in November 2021.

Prior to this, Kornel worked at Numbrs as a Software Engineer from September 2020 to September 2021.

Kornel also served as a Software Engineer at platformOS from February 2020 to September 2020.

Kornel gained significant experience at Indivizo as a Software Engineer from February 2015 to December 2019. During this time, they designed, developed, and maintained a video interview software used by tens of thousands of interviews a month. Kornel took part in designing integration tests for these services, including building a personality profile using IBM Watson.

From June 2008 to February 2015, Kornel worked at Pronovix as a Software Engineer. Kornel played a key role in the company's growth from three to 25 people and was responsible for designing, building, and maintaining prominent websites.

Kornel also had a stint at The Economist from 2011 to 2012, where they served as a Software Engineer in the Digital Circulation Management team. Kornel played a significant role in developing The Economist website and led various projects, such as reorganizing The Economist in Audio section and conducting A/B testing on the subscription page.

Kornel Lugosi attended Szegedi Tudományegyetem from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a bachelor's degree in computer science. However, they did not complete their studies, leaving their BSC degree unfinished.
