Theuns Hall has over 16 years of work experience in various roles. Theuns began their career in 2003 as a .net developer at Innovation Group Global Solutions and worked there until 2007. Theuns then joined Nedbank as a .net developer for a year before moving to Metropolitan in 2008. At Metropolitan, they worked as a .net developer until 2011. In 2012, Theuns became the Chief Operations Officer at greatergroup, where they stayed until 2013. Theuns then became the Business Owner at Redorbit Software from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Lab | Digital Agency as a .net Developer and worked there until 2017. Currently, Theuns is a Team Lead at The Gemini Solution, a position they have held since September 2017.

Theuns Hall attended Voortrekkerhoogte from 1992 to 1996, where they pursued a matric. In 2000, they enrolled at CTU Training Solutions and completed a MCSM degree in software development.
