Chelsea Welsh is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in special education, currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Lab School of Washington since August 2021. Previous roles include Graduate Assistant at American University and Guest Teacher at Howard County Public Schools, where Chelsea provided long-term teaching support. Chelsea also excelled in marketing and communications as the Director of Marketing & Communications at Welsh Financial Group, and held leadership positions in community engagement and social media initiatives at Simpli. With a strong educational background, Chelsea is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Education Leadership & Policy at American University, following a Master's in Special Education and a Bachelor's in Visual Art from College of the Holy Cross.
