Jason Scales has extensive experience in maintenance management, currently serving as the Maintenance Manager at La-Z-Boy Incorporated since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Maintenance Manager at Kohler Co. from February 2019 to April 2022. Earlier in their career, Jason worked at Advanced Technology Services (ATS) from October 2006 to February 2019, where responsibilities included Site Supervisor and Matrix Leader, overseeing a team of technicians and driving cultural and process changes. Additionally, Jason gained experience as a Traveling Tech Senior Maintenance Technician at ConAgra Foods from June 1998 to September 2006. Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Tri-County Technical College, a Safety Trained Supervisor certification from Pearson, and a high school diploma from Elbert County High.
