Lance Rachels serves as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) at Oaks Psychological Services, Inc. and La Ventana Treatment Programs since March 2023. Additionally, Lance has a long-standing career as a Realtor with Sotheby's International Realty, a role maintained since June 2014, following a prior position as a Broker in the same company from January 2005 to January 2010. Lance's experience in financial services includes serving as Regional Vice President at Transamerica and Sun Life Financial Distributors, specializing in retirement planning and investment solutions from January 2010 to November 2012 and January 2008 to December 2009, respectively. Early career roles include mutual fund wholesaling with Pacific Life and entrepreneurship as the Owner of Mothers Juice Cafe in Bend, OR. Educationally, Lance holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from National University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Vanguard University of Southern California.
