Héloïse Laquerrière is an experienced professional in the fields of food quality and laboratory techniques, currently holding the position of Assistante qualité produits finis at La Trinitaine since September 2022, where responsibilities include conducting water activity measurements and managing a project on product Aw limits. Previous roles include Chargée de mission qualité at Castel Viandes, where Héloïse performed PCR analysis and foreign body inspections, as well as experience in laboratory technician roles with Inserm and LDC Groupe, focusing on sample preparation and analysis. Educationally, Héloïse is pursuing an engineering degree in Food and Health at UniLaSalle, supported by a solid foundation in biotechnologies from various institutions.
