Aurimas Navickas has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Aurimas most recently served as the CTO at La Trinitaine from September 2018 to present. Prior to that, they were the CTO at e2Time.com from February 2018 to September 2018. Aurimas also worked as the Engineering Manager at Remade Group from November 2016 to February 2018. Before that, they were the CTO & Co-Founder at BMYTEAM S.A. from May 2013 to January 2016 and also held the position of Senior Development Engineer from July 2012 to May 2013. Aurimas Navickas started their career at First Data Corporation, where they held various roles including the position of Suply Chain Management Department Regions team leader from April 2009 to July 2012, and Senior POS & ATM Engineer from April 2007 to April 2009. Aurimas also worked as a Sales Manager at UAB "Almeida" from October 2006 to May 2007 and as a Project Manager at UAB "Terra media" from February 2006 to October 2006.

Aurimas Navickas attended Kaunas University of Technology from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Engineer of Telecommunications IT. After a two-year gap, they enrolled at Mykolas Romeris University in 2010 and pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Electronic Business Management, which they completed in 2012.
