Jessica Lee is a skilled wastewater operator with extensive experience in research and laboratory environments. Since October 2017, Jessica has been employed at LA Sanitation as a Wastewater Operator 1 and Plant Equipment Trainee. Prior roles include Research Associate II at the City of Hope Beckman Research Institute, where contributions were made to Dr. Patrick Fueger's lab, and various research positions at Takeda California and Silver Lake Research Corporation, focusing on oncology in vivo pharmacology and mammalian cell culture, respectively. A strong foundation in animal handling and laboratory procedures was established through progressive positions, including a Student Assistant role at the Animal Care Facility at CSU Pomona. Jessica holds a Bachelor's of Science in Microbiology Medical Technology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, enhancing a well-rounded skill set relevant to both research and sanitation fields.
