Katharine Podimatis has extensive experience in the beauty and skincare industry, currently serving as the Head of New Product Development & Clinical Research at La Roche-Posay Laboratoire Dermatologique since February 2022. Prior to this role, Podimatis held the position of Assistant Vice President of New Product Development at Carol's Daughter from March 2016 to February 2022. A significant tenure at L'Oreal Paris from June 2006 to March 2016 included various leadership roles in new product development focused on skincare. Podimatis began a career in marketing as Associate Director at CHANEL from 2001 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts, both obtained from New York University.
