Hector Hernandez has a diverse work experience. Hector started their career in 2016 as an Intern for the Assembly Majority Leader Ian Calderon. In 2018, Hector worked as an Administrative Intern for the City of La Puente. In 2019, they joined In-N-Out Burger as a Store Associate and later transitioned to the City of La Puente, where they held the position of Management Analyst until July 2021. Currently, Hector serves as the Community Engagement Supervisor at the City of La Puente.

Hector Hernandez completed their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from California State University, Fullerton. Hector attended the university from 2015 to 2018.
