Lolita Maginot has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at La Provençale since November 2017, where responsibilities include assisting management with policy implementation, managing recruitment needs, and supporting conflict resolution. Previously, Lolita held roles as a Chargée de Recrutement and Senior Human Resources Officer at Randstad, focusing on recruitment strategies, candidate assessment, and client relations. Additional experience includes positions as an Assistante Commerciale at ArcelorMittal and an Assistante RH at HSBC. Lolita holds a Licence in Human Resources from Université de Metz and is currently pursuing a degree in Hatha Yoga from Fédération Française de Hatha Yoga.
