Currently serving as the Senior Global Retail Performance & Excellence Manager at La Prairie Switzerland since January 2023, Elia previously held key roles at Gucci, where responsibilities included executing strategic plans for China and leading retail excellence across multiple store formats. Prior to this, Elia worked at Christian Dior Couture in various capacities, focusing on customer excellence and retail operations, and overseeing a global initiative for POS solutions. Elia began a career in trade marketing at Bacardi and has foundational experience from roles at Walt Disney World and assistant event planning.
