Melissa McCaughey is an experienced general manager and assistant manager in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at La Pecora Bianca since April 2022, after previously holding the Assistant General Manager position. Prior to this, Melissa worked with ESquared Hospitality from July 2014 to April 2022 as an Assistant Manager. Earlier roles include Post Production and Production Management Intern at Back Roads Entertainment, where responsibilities included assisting with logistics and transcribing video, and a Production Intern at butv10 - Terrier Nation, contributing to a sports program at Boston University. Additional experience includes a role as a Facilities Supervisor at Boston University's Fitness and Recreation Center and various internships across the television and film industry. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Film and Television from Boston University.
