Assia Louhbaibat is currently employed at La Nef, pour la banque éthique as a Chargée de développement RH since April 2023. Additionally, Assia has served as an Arbitre de football for the Fédération Française de Football since October 2018 and held the same position for Olympique Lyonnais from October 2018 to October 2020. Previous experience includes working as an Assistante administrative d’exploitation at DB Schenker from May 2022 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing subcontracting contracts and overseeing collaboration efforts. Furthermore, Assia worked at Bonduelle as a Chef d'équipe en atelier de production from April 2020 to September 2021, managing a team and ensuring product compliance. Assia is pursuing a Master's degree in Management Stratégique des Ressources Humaines at Grenoble IAE and holds a Licence AES in Économie, Gestion et Droit from Université Lumière Lyon 2.
