Didier LE TIRANT is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Group CFO at La Maison Française du Verre since April 2020, Didier successfully managed an LBO 2 with KARTESIA in a sponsorless deal. Prior to this, Didier held the position of Group CFO at INTERNATIONAL COOKWARE from January 2014 to April 2020, overseeing an LBO with AURORA CAPITAL GROUP's acquisition of ARC INTERNATIONAL COOKWARE. Additional experience includes roles as CFO at ARC INTERNATIONAL COOKWARE and VELCAN ENERGY, as well as Group CFO at IMERYS. Didier began a career in finance as CONTROLLER at Secan Honeywell and Thomson Consumer Electronics, and served as AUDIT MANAGER at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Didier's educational background includes a degree from EDHEC Business School and studies at CPGE Lycée Descartes in Tours.
