Phil Costner has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as President of Mimi's Cafe since February 2013 and holding a dual role as President and Chief Operating Officer at La Madeleine since 2007. Prior to these positions, Phil was Vice President of Research and Development at Carlson Restaurants Worldwide from 2003 to 2007 and served as Senior Vice President of Food, Beverage, and Merchandise as well as Vice President of Food & Beverage at Universal Studios Hollywood from 2000 to 2003. Phil is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, where an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts was earned, and has further education from the University of Washington.
