Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both the organic products industry and nutritional consultation. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has ventured into the online sale of organic body care products. Additionally, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and serving as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to academia as a university lecturer, teaching applied mathematics to nutrition and food history at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Academically, Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México.
