Marie Clergue-Ploton possesses extensive experience in communication and human resources. Currently serving as a voluntary HR advisor and image consultant at La Cravate Solidaire since November 2022, Marie provides guidance to candidates entering or re-entering the job market. At Audencia SciencesCom and Sciences Po Lille, Marie contributes as a jury member, conducting interview simulations for students. Previously, Marie held the position of Director of Communication at Université de Lille, where responsibilities included strategy development, brand management, and crisis communication. Other notable roles include project management at Airbus focused on workplace quality and communication at EDF and AREVA. Marie holds a Master’s in Communication and Media from Sciences Po Lille and has completed additional training in creative practices.
