Capucine Richard possesses extensive experience in marketing and management, currently serving as Responsable pôle accompagnement at La Cravate Solidaire since June 2023. Previously, Capucine held the position of Responsable marketing et communication at LUTTI from November 2013 to April 2017, focusing on brand strategy, innovation, corporate communication, and crisis management. Capucine was also involved with Laboratoires Juva Santé from May 2005 to July 2012 as Chef de gammes, managing brand strategy and overseeing a team of six collaborators. Earlier career roles include Chef de produits and Assistante chef de produits for Mercurochrome and a position as chargée d'étude en analyse sensorielle at Symrise. Capucine holds a Mastère spécialisé in Marketing from HEC Paris and an Ingénieur agronome degree from L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers, specializing in food science.
