Hugo Dias Rocha currently serves as President of La Constancia SV and Cervecería Hondureña, having held these positions since January 2023. In addition, Hugo serves as BU President for West Africa and Commercial Vice President for the Africa Zone at Anheuser-Busch InBev since January 2019. Previously, Hugo was Human Resources Vice President at Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes from January to December 2018, Integration VP at Bavaria - Colombia in 2017, Expansion VP at AB InBev APAC North from January 2015 to December 2016, and General Manager at Anheuser-Busch InBev from January 2011 to December 2014.
