Morgann Frinault has extensive experience in social innovation, development, and operations within the social economy sector. Currently serving as the Responsable Développement & Animation Réseau at La Conciergerie Solidaire since January 2017, Morgann has led initiatives focused on developing and testing future concierge models and managing operations for the organization's second subsidiary. Prior roles at Optim Emploi included Chargée de mission Insertion & Formation, where Morgann oversaw training activities and ensured quality standards, and Assistante de Direction, managing training logistics and quality processes. A background in facility management and humanitarian logistics is also evident from positions held at bioMérieux and ONG Solidarité Afrique Développement. Morgann holds a Master 2 in Management of Insertion through Social and Solidarity Economy from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée and a Licence in General Services & Humanitarian Logistics from Bioforce.
