Amandine Lavoisier currently serves as Directrice des opérations at La Conciergerie Solidaire, overseeing a team of 23 employees in professional integration and three permanent staff members since February 2018. Key responsibilities include team recruitment and training, operational coordination, administrative follow-up, client relationship management, and financial flow management. Prior experience includes roles as Chargée de mission at AXE ET CIBLE / NEOVIA, focusing on coworking project coordination and communication, and as Coordinatrice Tiers Lieux at La Conciergerie Solidaire, managing coworking spaces within the Darwin Ecosystème. Amandine has also managed a team of 400 volunteers for the Festival L'Outaouais en Fête. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Project Engineering from Université de Bordeaux and a Bachelor's in Social Communication from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
