Adriana Cordova is an experienced purchasing professional with a solid background in food service and retail. Since August 2015, Adriana has served as the Purchasing Manager for Prepared Food and Restaurants at La Comer, overseeing multiple restaurant concepts and prepared food categories. Prior to this role, Adriana worked as a Purchasing Assistant focusing on groceries, and supported the corporate chef for City Market's restaurants. Earlier experience includes a position as Purchasing Executive at Sistemas Phoenix, where Adriana negotiated prices and managed purchase orders, and as an intern at BCargo Logistics handling import documentation. Adriana holds a degree in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey and has participated in an international exchange program at Lingnan University.
