Diane George has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Diane is currently working as the VP of Product Strategy and Innovation at La Colombe Coffee Roasters since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Brand Strategy at the same company from February 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining La Colombe, Diane worked at Campbell Soup Company starting in August 2013. Diane started their career at Unilever as an MBA Intern from June 2010 to August 2010. Before that, they worked at First Book, a children's literacy nonprofit, as a Strategic Partnerships Manager from August 2006 to May 2009. In this role, they managed corporate co-marketing campaigns and successfully initiated a celebrity participation campaign, securing media coverage and generating a significant number of new email contacts.

Prior to First Book, Diane worked at the American Anti-Slavery Group as a Communications Officer from September 2005 to August 2006.
