Vanessa Vosteen is a PHD Candidate at Colorado State University with experience as a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Programs Manager at La Clinica del Pueblo. Vanessa has also worked with the World Health Organization, Tulane University, and Universidade Federal do Ceará, focusing on public health research and program coordination. Vanessa has a Master of Public Health from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from George Mason University.
