Gilbert Cortez has extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries, showcasing a strong commitment to operational efficiency and quality assurance. Currently serving as an Energy Auditor at La Casa de Esperanza, Inc. since October 2018, Gilbert focuses on enhancing home comfort and energy efficiency through effective weatherization practices. Prior to this, Gilbert held the position of Production Team Lead at Campbell Soup Company from May 1996 to October 2018, where responsibilities included managing operational needs and ensuring compliance with USDA regulations. Gilbert’s career also includes a role as Maintenance Supervisor at UPS from November 1992 to April 1996, overseeing fleet maintenance and equipment reliability, and as Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Les's Auto Sales & Service from June 1980 to October 1992, where daily operations and staff development were key responsibilities.
