Matthew Behrens is an experienced professional in information security and IT management, currently serving as the Manager of Information Security Engineering & Architecture at LA Care Provider since February 2023. Additionally, Matthew holds the position of Interim Information Security Officer and previously served as an Information Security Analyst at LACERA since January 2021. Prior experience includes multiple roles at City of Hope from September 2011 to January 2021, including ITSM Manager, IT Infrastructure Manager, Information Security Manager, Lead IT Service Management Analyst, Information Security Analyst, and Network Operations Center Manager. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University and an Associate of Science in Computer Electronics from College of the Canyons.
