Allyncia W. is an experienced Learning Experience Instructional Design Architect currently at LA Care Provider since April 2017, where notable achievements include leading the redesign of the New Hire Orientation program into a comprehensive 90-day virtual learning experience. Allyncia has a strong background in project management, instructional design, and training delivery, utilizing a variety of multimedia and teaching modalities. Additionally, Allyncia has worked as an independent contractor for Allyncia Corporate Training since 2014, developing customized training solutions for diverse clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. With extensive experience in corporate training and managerial roles, Allyncia has contributed to numerous projects in settings such as Training Connection, and has held various training and HR roles in organizations including WellPoint and Medline Industries. Allyncia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Psychology from Houghton University, complemented by international study experiences at the University of Seville and the University of Chicago.
