Carlos Cole has a strong background in hospitality management, with extensive experience in various roles. Since August 2016, Carlos has served as the Overnight Room's Controller at La Cantera Resort & Spa, managed by Destination Hotels. Prior to this position, Carlos worked as a Night Auditor at Denihan Hospitality Group and gained event management experience at Bear Dallis Associates. Additionally, during time spent at New York City College of Technology, Carlos contributed as a College Ambassador and assisted in the management of dining services, as well as serving as Maître d' for special events. Early career experiences include positions as an Outdoor Food Stocker and in Epcot Outdoor Foods at Walt Disney World. Carlos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from City Tech, CUNY.
