Helen L. possesses extensive experience in the mental health field, currently serving as the Clinical Program Manager and Adolescent Therapist at La Amistad Behavioral Health Services since March 2018, where responsibilities include providing therapeutic services and supervising clients in the Partial Hospital Program and Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program. In addition to a private practice as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist since February 2019, Helen has also held roles such as District Mental Health Counselor at Orange County Public Schools and Safe Coordinator at Jackson Middle School. Prior experience includes positions as Lead Counselor and Substance Abuse Counselor at The Unlimited Path, where Helen oversaw staff and provided treatment within correctional settings. Earlier roles included Child Therapist at Manatee Glens and administrative positions at Lakeside Behavioral Health. Helen holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
