Melissa Lyttle is an accomplished Senior Program Manager at L3Harris Technologies, leading cross-functional teams from proposal phase to delivery since March 2018. Previously, Melissa served as a Senior Program Scheduler at L-3 Communications Telemetry West, where responsibilities included managing program schedules and tasks. A strong background in scheduling and resource management was developed while working as a Project Analyst, Senior, at Kyocera Wireless, and earlier roles included positions at Phoenix Indemnity Insurance Co. and Qualcomm, where Melissa honed customer service and organizational skills. Melissa holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Grossmont College.
