John Caccamo has extensive experience in quality management, currently serving as Principal and Quality Assurance Manager at L3Harris Technologies since 2007, where responsibilities include acting as Lead Auditor for ISO9001 and ISO17025 certifications and conducting cross-functional audits. Prior to this role, Caccamo was the Quality Manager at Super Steel Schenectady Inc from 1996 to 2007, where strategic initiatives led to reversing a $2 million annual loss into profitability and achieving ISO9001 certification through successful audits. Caccamo also owned Solutions Technology Group from 1992 to 1996, specializing in ISO9000 Quality System development and creating customized technical training programs. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
