Chris D. has worked in the IT industry since 2013. Theirwork experience includes a Computer Technician Assistant at Harford County Public Schools from 2013 to 2015, a Technical Intern at Dresner Group from 2015 to 2017, a Network Technician (AWS) at Corestaff Services from 2017 to 2018, a Network Technician II at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from 2018 to 2019, and a Network Engineer at SWIFT from 2019 to 2021. At AWS, Chris was responsible for network scaling projects in a large scale data center environment, applying initial configurations to routers, switches, and other network hardware, and had experience with Juniper, Cisco, Ciena, Adva, and white box devices. At Dresner Group, Chris provided Tier 1 level support and unique solutions through email, Bomgar remote sessions, and over the phone, performed monthly remote server maintenance, and installed equipment and provided on-site support as needed for numerous small business customers. At Harford County Public Schools, Chris was responsible for cable management and maintenance of classroom computers throughout several county schools and prepared teachers' and students' computers for the upcoming school year.

Chris D. graduated from Stevenson University in 2016 with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems. Chris also obtained a Network+ certification from CompTIA in November 2016 and a JNCIS-ENT certification from Juniper Networks in October 2022.
