Natalie Simms has a diverse work experience in customer service and merchandising. Natalie started their career at Quiksilver as a Merchandising Intern for Snow Soft Goods in 2013. From there, they worked as a Men's Merchandising Intern at VOLCOM in 2014, and as a Men's Merchandising Intern Ecom at Pacific Sunwear in 2015. In 2015, they also joined Sanuk as a Customer Experience Representative, where they managed territory for retailers and maintained relationships with outside sales reps. Since 2017, Natalie has been working at LSPACE by Monica Wise, first as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Customer Service Manager.

Natalie Simms attended California State University, Long Beach from 2008 to 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising. The field of study for their degree is not specified.
