Mike Hodgson is an experienced executive currently serving as the CEO of Silverback Consultants, a company founded to assist start-ups in entering the UK corporate market, headquartered in the BT Innovation Martlesham technology cluster. Since April 2019, Mike has also held the position of Associate Partner at Cambridge Management Consulting and serves as an Innovation Advisor at L Marks. Prior to these roles, Mike worked at BT from May 2003 to September 2018 as the Head of Innovation Engagement, where responsibilities included driving innovation across the UK, Silicon Valley, and Israel. Mike Hodgson holds an MSc in Telecommunications Engineering from UCL and a BSc Hons in Metallurgical Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
