Kevin Mascarenhas is a Principal Coach and Founder at Natural Flow Consultancy, where the focus is on partnering with high potential technology startup entrepreneurs to achieve impactful innovations. With extensive experience as an Early Stage Investor and various coaching roles, Kevin is dedicated to fostering the success of startups across multiple sectors, including space, fintech, and corporate innovation. Kevin also serves as a Business Coach at Seraphim Space Accelerator and as a Guest Lecturer at Jönköping International Business School, supporting executives in sustainable business design. Additional coaching roles include working with the European Commission, Rise by Barclays, Level39, and The Hobbs Consultancy, along with a background in engineering from Nottingham Trent University.
