Sue Oliver serves as the IS Senior Manager at L.L.Bean since June 2019, leading teams focused on Enterprise Productivity, Infrastructure PMO, ServiceNow, and Desktop Support. Prior to this role, Sue held various positions within L.L.Bean, including IT Manager overseeing the Service Management Platform team and Enterprise Control Center Manager managing technical issue resolution processes. With experience as a Senior Project Manager and Project Portfolio Manager, Sue has successfully managed large-scale IT projects and developed effective strategies for application portfolio management. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Maine, a Business Management Certificate from Bentley University, and an Associate Bachelor's Degree from Eastern Maine Technical College.
