Manoj Lakhanpal is an experienced HRIS Manager at L.A. Care Health Plan since December 2017. Previously, Manoj served as an Associate Solution Architect specializing in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors at KPIT from May 2008 to December 2017, focusing on implementations such as SuccessFactors RCM, onboarding, and full cycle SAP R/3 HR systems. Manoj's career began as an ABAP Developer at Prism Cement Limited from 2007 to 2008, where involvement spanned HR functional activities and development in SAP OM, PA, and Payroll. Additionally, Manoj completed a training stint at Agilent Technologies in 2005-2006. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Computers from RU Jaipur (2004-2006) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Maths from HPU Shimla (2000-2003).
